During the past few years LJHA has worked to improve communications with tenants and the wider community – especially following the Communications Review by the Service Improvement Panel we have developed our online presence through:
- New and improved website
- Started our own Facebook Page
- Started our own Twitter Page
- Started other social media profiles such as YouTube and LinkedIn
- Moved our email marketing platform to Mailchimp
The @HOME Newsletter is a quarterly tenant newsletter that is delivered to tenants to keep them updated with the latest changes, upcoming events and more. We now have available the previous two years’ worth of newsletters for you to read back through. As they are released we will update this page meaning you can always refer to them here if you misplace your copy. Stories from the newsletters often appear in the follow-up E-newsletter: @HOME Digital.
We have developed a schedule of publications so you can know when to expect communications such as newsletters, E-newsletters and more.
At the bottom of this page you will find a form to submit any stories you think deserve to feature in the @HOME Newsletters and @HOME Digital.
We also have available the previous three years annual report documents for you to view! You can find them and download below. The last three annual reports have been designed in-house to cut down costs. Within the annual reports you can find details of what we have achieved in the year, as well as case studies, finance details and more.
