We are a relatively small staff team of just over 25 staff members that keep our organisation running. We operate in four main departments:

Chief Executive Mark works closely with the Directors and Staff to make sure each department is clear on its priorities and is retaining a high quality of service. Craig is our Operations Director, overseeing Sheltered Housing, Housing Services and Property Services. Harj oversees the Finance Team.

Sheltered Housing

Housing Support Workers, managed by our Sheltered Housing Manager, Karen provide a 24/7 support service for 250+ Sheltered Housing tenants

Housing Services

Housing Services are managed by our Housing Manager, Liz Miller. Her team of Debby and Susan provide assistance to the non-sheltered tenants.  Simon co-ordinates resident engagement, working across sheltered and non-sheltered tenants.


Property Services are managed by Faruq. His team of Alan, Malik, Claire, Donna, Tim and Mark make sure all repairs and improvement works are carried out on time, to a high quality and to regulatory standards.


Harjinder is the Finance and Resources Director who manages the back office team of Louise and Toni, supporting the business.

We have created a handy guide to who is who and what department they work in, it features all office staff as well as some Housing Support Workers and in-house operatives. Please note due to data protection regulations, not all LJHA staff are displayed on the website.

If you wish to meet with any staff in private, we have a private meeting room that you can utilise to discuss tenancy/rent issues in.

We take the safety and security of our staff very seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action on anybody that demonstrates physical or verbal abuse towards our staff.
