We are a relatively small staff team that operate in five main departments: Housing Services, Operations, Finance, Corporate Services and the Sheltered Housing department. We have just over 25 staff members that keep our organisation running – nine Housing Support Workers managed by Karen Woldman provide a 24/7 support service for 250+ Sheltered Housing tenants while our Housing team of Liz, Malik and Susan provide assistance to the General Needs tenants of LJHA. As positions and roles within LJHA change, we will keep this website updated so you can remain informed of who to look to for help. The Finance department and Corporate Services department are both small departments occupied by Kerry, Peter, Louise and Zak and the two departments are headed by the Director of Finance & Resources, Harjinder Sandhu. The Operations department of Andy, Claire, Donna, Tim and Mark is headed by Craig Simons, the Director of Operations.
Craig is currently interim CEO of LJHA, with Dave Harrison of Arch Property Services providing cover as interim Director of Operations.

We take the safety and security of our staff very seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action on anybody that demonstrates physical or verbal abuse towards our staff.
