Tenants filled in a questionnaire asking what services they believe needed reviewing by the Panel.
The topics included:
- Tenant Satisfaction
- Allocation Of Properties
- Sheltered Accomodation
- Facilities – Personal/Community
- Anti-Social Behaviour
- Energy Saving
- Value For Money
- Cross Organisational Networking
If you were unable to attend and would like a questionnaire please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be sent a copy.
The panel consists of Jo-Anne Shiffer, Chair, as well as Viktoria Wagner, Sandra Lewis and Robert White who thought the event went well. The panel really enjoyed the opportunity to explain the difference between the role of the SIP and other functions. A wonderful time was had by all!
Following the Beer and Bagel night, the Panel welcomed 2 new members, Marcelle Goldberg and Erica Jackson.
The Service Improvement Panel’s next review topic is ‘Communication.’
The Panel will be contacting several tenants over the next few weeks to carry out a survey on how LJHA communicate with you.
Your views are invaluable to improving the services of LJHA.
