At the end of May the Service Improvement Panel held a Beer and Bagel Evening in the MAZCC.
All the General Needs tenants were invited to attend this social event where they could be updated on the progress the panel have made.
Tenants filled in a questionnaire asking what services they believe needed reviewing by the Panel.

  • Facilities – Personal/Community
  • Maintenance
  • Communication
  • Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Energy Saving
  • Value For Money
  • Parking
  • Cross Organisational Networking

The panel consists of Jo-Anne Shiffer, Chair, as well as Viktoria Wagner, Sandra Lewis and Robert White who thought the event went well. The panel really enjoyed the opportunity to explain the difference between the role of the SIP and other functions. A wonderful time was had by all!
Following the Beer and Bagel night, the Panel welcomed 2 new members, Marcelle Goldberg and Erica Jackson.

The Service Improvement Panel’s next review topic is ‘Communication.’
The Panel will be contacting several tenants over the next few weeks to carry out a survey on how LJHA communicate with you.
