Donna is our Customer Services Assistant.

In her own words:

My role at LJHA is ‘Customer Service Assistant’ I am the first line of communication for all tenants, staff and contractors, I am here to welcome and greet visitors that come to the building, and I answer the switch board phone and respond to housing or repair queries whether made in person, by telephone or by e-mail. I’m a dog mum to Marble who is a French bulldog and in my spare time I like to go on walks with Marble and spend time with friends and family.
