My priority is the development and wellbeing of our employees along with dealing with any staff related issues that arise. The other parts of my role include GDPR, crisis management and resident complaints Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my two young boys-which often involves being in the outdoors or standing on the side of a cold and wet football pitch!
